Everhett Hazelwood

Everhett Hazelwood has competed at the highest levels of the game, both in college and professionally. He pitched at the University of Kansas, taking on Division I competition, before continuing his career in the Chicago White Sox organization.

That experience on the mound now informs how he develops young pitchers. As the pitching coach at Agoura High School, Everhett works closely with arms of all ages to build clean, repeatable mechanics, sharpen command, and develop the pitch mix and competitive mindset that hold up under pressure. Just as important, he emphasizes arm care and smart workload management so players can develop velocity and stay healthy for the long haul.

At Bownet, Everhett leads pitching development with a focus on teaching pitchers to compete with a plan. He believes success on the mound comes from preparation, discipline, and confidence, and he meets each athlete where they are — refining the delivery, building command, and helping them grow as pitchers and as people on and off the field.
